Lyran's Daily Quest Guide
This is my daily quest guide, helping people to get lots of money, in record time =D

You will NEED Tourguide, I seriously suggest you get it, it is a brilliant addon. This is a separately packaged addon, it will automatically integrate itself into Tourguide.

I have tried to provide coordinates in as many places as possible, They will be displayed in the notes.

You can use TomTom to map those coordinates for you, (this is highly reccomended from me for this) and LightHeaded will also automatically fill in places of quest starters/finishers that are required by the guide, and ad them to tomtom.

I cannot reccomend them enough - but they are not 100% neccesary.#

Both Horde and Alliance guides are now included! (Alliance may have some Mistakes - Please inform me of any. I do not play alliance, so ive had to do this using wowwiki and wowhead.)

*Read* With regards to the Oracle/Frenzyheart/Kalu'ak Quests, these are now optional on the end. Please do NOT do the Death's rise quests if you wish to do these, as deaths rise quests suck =]

Fixed the bug that i created trying to fix hodir, slightly changed it around. Added something about the bone witch.

2.2
Bugfixes surrounding sons of hodir, Flight points redone for alliance, and New quests added for Hodir and Deaths Rise KotEB Quests, Bringing the total number of quests - without Oracle/Frenztheart/Kalu'ak to 25.

Certain "Fly to, Travel to" locations have been fixed, "No Fly Zone" has been added for KotEB + general bugfixes

2.0
Added all new Alliance guides! It will select the appropriate guide for your faction - or at least it should. There WILL be bugs with the alliance guide - I've tried to make it as solid as i possibly can.

Fixed "Faily Fishing." You no longer will fail =D

Added a few ammendments, cant remember them all ><

Am I the only one who finds it sad that people are thinking that Dugi actually made the mod he is using for his stuff, when it is actually Tekkubs?

Hello,

No offense, but it seems as if you rewrote Dugi's daily guide addon, because it has the same interface and what not.

However, if you rewrote the guide, that is understandable,.

It needs tourguide, thats what i have, dont understand carbonite. This doesnt require you to do any of the other guides, tis one added on at the end, it works on any character. ><

Does this sddon need Tour guide or will it stand alone with Carbonite...I have tried tour guide in the past and trying to get it caught up to where I was was a PITA so I got rid of it...I guess it would work fine for a new toon but hey I'm happy with the toons I got now...

From your question, i misread it, and i apologise. I thaught you meant something like questhelper, in which it displays available quests around you, and guides you do do them, Not that you simply weanted a list of what was on there.

I would like to answer any questions i get, because i want to get this guide working as well as i can =]

Your decision to blow off my question because the answer is "hard coded" but then answer it to someone else smacks of laziness on your part, and if you're lazy here, you're likely lazy in coding and researching quest lines, so I'll take a pass on your guide.

Just a side note if you have carbonite it will work with tourguide and you don't need the other addons.

The addon automatically helps you do the cooking or fishing, and the white bear mount quests. After you have followed the guide, you will have onwe daily quest free, to do the othder fishing/cooking or wghatever you want.

My addon folder is getting full as it is so I wanted to ask a few questions about this addon before I download and install it.

What type of Daily quest guide is it? Does it help me find the daily's that give the most gold in return? or does it just help me do the daily's as if it were QuestHelper or Carbonite?

If I want it to include dailys I must do each day (ie, Fishing, Cooking, White Bear mount) can I have it do that?

Unfortunately, this is a hard coded guide for tourguide. Im not experiecnced in LUA enough to write a guide that works like that, however i will keep updating it with optionals, different paths, and hopefully make it comprehensive. =]

Thanks for the comments guys - There are a number of reasons why I made this to work with TourGuide. The first one, is it saves me a heck of a lot of coding. This is a very simple, eaqsy to edit interface that has already been made, there seems no point in trying to make my own addon. For example, if you were wanting to make a FuBar plugin to track your money, is there any point in making your own bar to go with it?

TomTom and liughtheaded are not needed, They just make life a lot easier.

I only have horde chars at the moment, but I might have a go at making an alliance version of the guide.. cant be to hard.. can it?

(Look out for the ally version soon =])
