I think there's one more that's wrong. I ran into it last week, and forgot to post again, let me dig up the screenshot...

Chilled Serpent Mucus ... it's down south, and I don't think it has a picture. I think that's what it was. It's a bluish round bottle if I remember correctly.

Ghoul Drool isn't south, it's north.
Crushed Basilisk is also backwards (it's south, it says north I think).

Edit: This mod helps me not break my keyboard.
